1. Text You Refine
When you use Tidytext to refine selected text, the content is temporarily sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
- We do not store, log, or reuse your text.
- OpenAI does not use your data to train its models (see OpenAI API Data Usage Policy).
2. Account Information
We use Firebase Authentication to manage user login and accounts.

3. Usage Analytics
We use PostHog to gather anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve functionality. This includes:
- Feature usage (e.g., how often refinements are triggered)
- Application performance metrics
- No actual text content is tracked or stored
